The light is very bright and soft - it won't make you dizzy or strain your eyes. The arrangement of the bulbs allows for almost no shadows when you sit down to read.
And it doesn't take up much space, blending in perfectly with the desk.
It has a CRI of 98 and the light doesn't flicker, so even if I turn it on and read for two hours, I don't get eye strain.
