1. General Terms
1.1 Responsive Support: We pledge to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.

1.2 Eye-Protection Lamps: We offer a 3-year warranty for our eye-protection lamp series. Our resolution process is designed to be simple and efficient.

1.3 Other Products: All other products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

1.4 Promotional Extensions: In the event of special promotions that extend the standard warranty, the extended terms shall take precedence.

2. Warranty Claims & Process
2.1 Damaged or Defective Goods (DOA):

If you discover shipping damage, missing accessories, or quality issues upon unboxing, please notify us at info@homelist.com within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a detailed description; we will provide a free replacement.

2.2 Issues During the Warranty Period:

For functional failures occurring within the warranty period, please contact us with video or photographic evidence. Once the defect is confirmed, we will ship a new unit or replacement parts within 5 business days.

2.3 Post-Warranty Support:

For products outside the warranty period, we offer repair assistance if replacement parts are available. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and shipping.

Note: For all claims, please provide your Order Number, product details, a clear description of the issue, and your contact information.

3. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the Homelist warranty:

Products without valid proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen items.

Products with expired warranty periods.

Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).

Repairs conducted by unauthorized third parties.

Damage caused by external factors or misuse (e.g., drops, extreme temperatures, water damage).

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

4. Limitation of Liability
Homelist is not responsible for the return of personal items sent to our team by mistake.

For returns unrelated to quality issues, the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
