1. Return Period and Eligibility
1.1 Standard 30-Day Return Period: For most products, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return service.
1.2 60-Day Eye-Care Satisfaction Guarantee: For our eye-care lighting product series, we offer an extended return period of up to 60 days. We encourage you to experience the lighting effects firsthand within your daily living environment to ensure they meet your comfort and visual health needs.
1.3 Return Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
A return request must be submitted within the specified return period (30 days or 60 days).
The item must remain in its original, undamaged condition and include all accessories.
The item must be returned using its original packaging.
The return must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number).
Note: Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless the product contains manufacturing defects.
2. Shipping Costs
Quality Issues: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if a shipping error has occurred, Homelist will fully cover the return shipping costs.
Personal Reasons: If a return is requested due to reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
3. Return Process
Step 1 — Submit Request: You may submit a request directly via your order details, stating the reason for the return; alternatively, you may send an email to info@homelist.com, providing your order number and reason for the return, along with relevant photos or videos as supporting evidence.
Step 2 — Obtain Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you detailed return shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3 — Return the Item: Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking services. 4. Refund Processing
Product Inspection: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund request.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that banks or credit card institutions may require additional time to post the refund amount to your account. 5. Shipping and International Terms
Inaccurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Homelist assumes no liability for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Carrier Errors: In the event that a package is lost or misdelivered during transit, Homelist will assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier and will arrange for a replacement shipment.
International Duties: For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees required by local regulations.
